We gave a local business a sweet new look with branding, interior, and exterior design.
One of Chinatown’s best hangout spots had it sights set on expansion. Before My Sweet Tea could make the jump from neighbourhood destination to recognizable chain we had to outfit them with a brand that would speak to a wider audience.
My Sweet Tea’s wordmark and colours suited their fun atmosphere but to turn them into a recognizable brand they needed something more. The tea leaf logo is memorable, easily reproduced and evokes the longevity of My Sweet Tea, along with their commitment to promoting tea culture. Our team of interior designers and architects applied this approach to the design of My Sweet Tea’s newest location in Ottawa’s Byward Market.
Projects: Tea Flower Logo, Menus, Cups, Interior Designs
Deliverable: Brand, Spatial Design, Graphic Design
Creative Counsel: Full brand audit and revision before expansion.
It can be exciting to expand into new locations, but we want to make sure that local businesses don’t jump the gun. It is a lot easier and more cost effective to rethink your brand prior to the first expansion than to replace all of the signage and creative work for multiple stores. We gave My Sweet Tea a brand they can be proud of and produced many marketing and brand assets take forward as they branch out
