We promoted Ottawa’s largest condominium builder to a new generation of home buyers.
Claridge Homes was building a set of premium lofts in its newest downtown development, Tribeca. These units were designed with craftsmanship and attention to detail in mind, and were expected to appeal to a younger demographic. Our challenge was to market these lofts to an audience that has different concerns when it comes to buying a home.
We put the focus on Tribeca’s ideal location, allowing potential buyers to imagine their new life in Ottawa’s Centretown with a neighbourhood guide and video. We made a sales package that looked and felt luxurious, much like the lofts themselves. The sales website was built on the Marketo online marketing platform, allowing our team to analyze and report on the most detailed and accurate analytics.

Creative Counsel: Make the product look and feel luxurious.
It is not enough to say that a product is premium, you have to show it. For the creation of the sales package, we encouraged Claridge to source the finest printing materials that made it feel luxurious to the touch. The booklet was printed on thick stock paper, with a matte black finish and embossed metallic finish logo on the cover. Our team also brought rich photography and high-quality renderings to the forefront, accompanied by an embedded video that showcases one of the coolest neighbourhoods in Ottawa to potential buyers.
